This project consists of a five and six story wood frame residential building with 379 units, amenity and retail space, and a stand-alone precast parking structure on a 5 acre site.

• The building structure is a concrete slab on grade, five and six story wood framing residential building with partial podium, and CMU stair and elevator shafts.
• The building skin is a combination of brick veneer, fiber cement panels and siding, vinyl windows, aluminum storefront, and a TPO roof.
• The parking garage is a precast structure with 419 spaces over 6 levels.
• Sitework includes grading, utilities, site concrete, asphalt paving and striping, site amenities/furnishings, a dog park, a pool, and landscaping.
