Performing maintenance and repair services for various District of Columbia owned properties within the DGS construction portfolio and

maintenance facility locations. Such work may include, but is not limited to: roof repairs, life safety repairs, vandalism, windows and door replacement, mechanical services, and other miscellaneous work as may be necessary.
