Byron began his career in construction, gaining hands-on experience in project engineering and field coordination on large-scale developments, before expanding his expertise in the technology and consulting space. There, he supported federal agencies by leading requirements development, improving operational processes, and coordinating cross-functional teams in highly regulated environments—strengthening his ability to manage risk, streamline workflows, and drive data-informed decision-making.

In his current role, Byron leverages his well-rounded background to manage masonry construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
