Alexander Pichinte Sorto, Superintendent at First Choice Construction, bringing with him over two decades of rich experience in the construction industry. His journey began at United Masonry LLC, where he spent more than 17 years and steadily climbed the ranks from a laborer to a skilled bricklayer, foreman, and ultimately superintendent in just three years. During his time as a foreman, he thrived while managing multiple projects, showcasing not only his project management skills but also his ability to lead and inspire his team.

In early 2024, Alexander took on a supervisory role at Genco, where he continued to hone his leadership skills before finding his place in the First Choice Construction family. His dedication and knack for driving results didn’t go unnoticed; he was quickly promoted to superintendent, having started as a foreman, a testament to his hard work and expertise.

Alexander has also invested in his professional development, holding various certifications in key areas such as OSHA 30, an Engineer License for Equipment Class 7B, and Stone Repair. These qualifications have equipped him with the tools and knowledge to effectively oversee complex projects, ensuring that each endeavor meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
