Andre Price, Project Manager at First Choice Construction, plays a pivotal role in overseeing projects from the initial RFP phase all the way through to execution and delivery. One of his primary responsibilities is managing the DCHA Vacant Unit Make Ready Project, a task that requires him to collaborate with various DC Government agencies to ensure everything runs smoothly and successfully. Beyond that, Andre is always on the lookout for growth opportunities within the General Contracting Division, helping to propel the business forward.

Before joining First Choice Construction, Andre spent a decade as the Director of Operations. In that role, he managed everything from operations and maintenance programs to building alterations and relationships with subcontractors. His knack for tackling technical challenges was vital in keeping projects on track with their schedules, budgets, and overall plans.

He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus and has furthered his education in Business Administration and Management at Morgan State University. Additionally, he holds a USGBC LEED GA certification, reflecting his commitment to sustainable practices within the industry.
