She has led teams as large as 120 and managed a $3B portfolio of projects. Her strong leadership and problem-solving skills have consistently led to increased productivity, cost savings, and client satisfaction. Tiffany is well-versed in building codes, industry standards, and project management, with a proven track record in strategic planning, high-stakes negotiations, and contract management. She attributes her effectiveness to her well-rounded experience which includes roles in scheduling, estimating, project controls, field engineering, and project management. As a result, she’s uniquely skilled at identifying solutions all the while fostering team and stakeholder buy-in.
